Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following is required:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
The product is in its original condition and packaging.
Contact Lens must be unopened. Please try the free sample product we’ve included as a gift before opening the main product.
You have the receipt (invoice) or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
